Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive instructional strategies and e-learning content using adult learning principles and ADDIE models.
- Create high-fidelity storyboards, scripts, and visual designs using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Rise 360.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify skill gaps and translate business goals into tangible learning objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into digestible, engaging formats.
- Implement and analyze Learning Management System (LMS) data to evaluate course effectiveness and optimize learner engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (VR/AR, AI), and best practices in instructional design.
- Lead the design review process and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and accessibility requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or educational technology.
- Proven track record of developing successful e-learning courses with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate.
- Expert proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora) and multimedia software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to design intuitive user interfaces for learning platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
