Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end learning experiences using ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Create interactive eLearning modules, video scenarios, and gamified assessments in Articulate Storyline 360
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into digestible learning assets
- Analyze learning analytics to optimize course effectiveness and user engagement metrics
- Lead virtual workshops for client stakeholders to align learning objectives with business goals
- Maintain LMS compatibility (Moodle, Cornerstone) and ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance
- Mentor junior designers and conduct peer reviews for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years experience designing corporate or higher education learning solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ completed learning projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in Articulate Suite, Adobe Captivate, and video production tools
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles (Andragogy) and cognitive load theory
- Certification in ATD CPLP or similar credential preferred
- Experience working with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) in education
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
