Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging eLearning modules, virtual simulations, and blended learning programs
- Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses for enterprise clients
- Create storyboards and prototypes using authoring tools like Articulate 360
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into digestible content
- Implement LMS integrations and track learning analytics for continuous improvement
- Lead instructional design projects from conception through implementation
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate learning design experience with measurable ROI examples
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating learning solutions for diverse audiences
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or LMS administration
- Experience with learning analytics platforms and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive theory
