Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative curriculum aligned with industry standards and client objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into digestible learning modules
- Leverage authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive eLearning experiences
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing blended learning solutions (virtual, in-person, microlearning)
- Analyze learning metrics and data to optimize course delivery and learner outcomes
- Maintain current knowledge of instructional design trends and emerging educational technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years developing corporate/technical curriculum with proven ROI
- Expertise in ADDIE/SAM models and adult learning principles
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum development projects
- Experience with needs analysis and learning evaluation methodologies
- Certification (CPTD, CPLP, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
