Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning programs using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and VR platforms
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to measure program ROI
- Lead cross-functional projects with SMEs, UX designers, and content developers
- Develop learning journeys aligned with client business objectives and adult learning principles
- Create performance support tools and job aids for on-the-job application
- Manage LMS implementations using Cornerstone and Workday platforms
- Present learning solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive sponsors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 7+ years creating corporate learning solutions for adult audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex curriculum design and eLearning development
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools and LMS administration
- Certification in CPLP or ATD Learning Systems
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and localization
- Strong data analysis skills using learning analytics platforms
