Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses with enterprise clients
- Create comprehensive storyboards and prototypes aligned with adult learning principles
- Leverage LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday) to implement and track learning solutions
- Collaborate with UX designers to optimize mobile-first learning experiences
- Analyze learning metrics to continuously refine content and improve completion rates
- Lead workshops on instructional design best practices for client stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate or higher education settings
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ completed eLearning projects with measurable impact data
- Expertise in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS administration
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD CPLP) or related field
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Experience with xAPI/Tin Can API for learning analytics integration
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
