Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions aligned with client business objectives and adult learning principles
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to identify performance gaps and solution requirements
- Create storyboards, prototypes, and interactive content using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Integrate emerging technologies (VR/AR, AI-driven personalization) into learning experiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content requirements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
- Measure learning effectiveness through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate or higher education settings
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD CPLP, or equivalent)
- Experience with needs analysis, learning evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
