Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions aligned with client business objectives and adult learning principles
- Lead needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create targeted curriculum frameworks
- Develop multimedia content including interactive simulations, video scenarios, and gamified assessments
- Implement LMS integrations and learning analytics to measure program effectiveness
- Manage project timelines and resources while maintaining quality standards
- Coach junior designers and maintain best practices documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience designing corporate learning programs
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS platforms
- Experience with xAPI/Tin Can API and learning data analysis
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ complex learning solutions with ROI metrics
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
