Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions combining virtual simulations, microlearning modules, and instructor-led training
- Develop data-driven curriculum frameworks aligned with industry standards and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional projects with SMEs, UX designers, and technology partners
- Create performance metrics and analytics dashboards to measure learning ROI
- Manage end-to-end course development lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation
- Research emerging educational technologies and integrate innovative learning tools
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience designing corporate or adult learning programs
- Expertise in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms (Moodle/Cornerstone)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design methodologies
- Certifications in ATD, CPTD, or similar preferred
- Experience with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
