Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, virtual simulations, and blended learning programs using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct learning needs assessments and performance gap analyses to align training solutions with business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive curricula and assessment frameworks
- Leverage LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning) to implement and optimize learning ecosystems
- Analyze learning analytics to refine content and measure ROI of training initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects including VR/AR learning experiences and microlearning libraries
- Mentor junior designers and maintain industry best practices in instructional methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate training programs for adult learners
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Certification in CPLP, CPTD, or equivalent industry credential
- Portfolio demonstrating learning solutions with measurable impact metrics
- Experience with LMS administration and xAPI/Tin Can standards
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines
