Responsibilities
- Design Strategy: Lead the end-to-end design of complex learning solutions, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and micro-learning assets.
- Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging learning narratives.
- Tool Mastery: Utilize industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Storyline) to build interactive and responsive content.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery within scope and on time.
- Analytics: Analyze learner data and performance metrics to iterate on designs and demonstrate measurable ROI.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends in EdTech and integrate new technologies (like VR/AR) into learning pathways.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring software.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design models.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
