Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative curriculum frameworks aligned with adult learning principles and industry standards
- Create multimedia learning assets including interactive simulations, video scenarios, and microlearning modules
- Conduct learning needs analysis through stakeholder interviews and performance gap assessments
- Implement LMS platforms and learning analytics tools to track program effectiveness
- Lead pilot testing and iterative improvements based on learner feedback metrics
- Maintain compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate/organizational training programs
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning projects using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools
- Certification in ATD, CPTD, or equivalent learning design credential preferred
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in learning measurement (ROI, Kirkpatrick model)
- Experience developing compliance training for regulated industries (HIPAA, GDPR, SOX)
