Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative curricula for corporate training programs using ADDIE and SAM models
- Create engaging multimedia content including interactive simulations, video tutorials, and gamified assessments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into digestible learning modules
- Conduct learning needs analysis and performance gap assessments for enterprise clients
- Implement LMS platforms and optimize learning analytics for continuous improvement
- Lead UX research to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention
- Maintain industry certifications and emerging learning technologies trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate or higher education curriculum
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas)
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ learning projects with measurable impact metrics
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPLP, CDT) or learning technologies
- Experience with xAPI, SCORM, and other e-learning standards
