- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to optimize program effectiveness
- Lead curriculum development for leadership development and technical skills training
- Partner with subject matter experts to create scenario-based microlearning modules
- Implement LMS administration and learning data visualization using platforms like Cornerstone
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from design through evaluation
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate or higher education settings
- Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable learning outcomes
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD CPLP) preferred
- Experience with ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
