Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative learning solutions aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and development needs
- Create engaging curricula using instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
- Develop multimedia learning assets (videos, simulations, interactive modules)
- Measure and optimize learning effectiveness through data analytics
- Lead virtual and in-person training workshops for global audiences
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training or educational technology
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning program implementations
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday)
- Certifications in instructional design or project management preferred
