Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Lead needs analysis through stakeholder interviews and performance data mapping
- Develop storyboards and prototypes using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct learning effectiveness evaluations and iterate based on LMS analytics
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from scoping to deployment
- Mentor junior designers and champion learning science best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years designing corporate training programs in regulated industries
- Expertise in xAPI, SCORM, and modern LMS platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning learning experiences
- Certifications in ATD CPLP or similar professional designation
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools and multimedia development
- Experience with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
