Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions aligning with adult learning principles and business objectives
- Lead needs analysis through stakeholder interviews and performance gap assessments
- Develop storyboards and prototypes for e-learning modules, VR simulations, and microlearning assets
- Collaborate with multimedia specialists to create interactive SCORM-compliant content
- Conduct learning effectiveness audits using LMS analytics and Kirkpatrick evaluation models
- Manage vendor relationships for authoring tools and learning technologies
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining quality standards across all deliverables
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years creating corporate training solutions for diverse audiences
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS administration
- Strong portfolio showcasing learning interventions with measurable impact
- Certification in ATD, CPTD, or similar professional designation preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Proven ability to translate complex subject matter into engaging experiences
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity in development environments
