Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable learning solutions aligned with business objectives and adult learning principles
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Lead curriculum development for blended learning programs including microlearning modules, virtual simulations, and instructor-led training
- Collaborate with multimedia specialists to create interactive content using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate
- Manage LMS administration and optimize learning ecosystems for maximum user engagement
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices through continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate learning solutions with measurable impact
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, cognitive psychology, and accessibility standards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning program implementations with quantifiable results
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
