Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, microlearning assets, and virtual training programs using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to identify performance gaps and design evidence-based interventions
- Create comprehensive learning journeys incorporating multimedia elements, gamification, and adaptive learning paths
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex content into digestible, scenario-based learning experiences
- Lead LMS implementation and optimization using platforms like Cornerstone and TalentLMS
- Develop accessibility-compliant content adhering to WCAG 2.1 standards
- Measure learning impact through KPI tracking and iterative improvement cycles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate or higher education settings
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex learning solutions with measurable results
- Certification in ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design methodologies
- Expertise in adult learning principles and cognitive load theory
- Experience with xAPI/Tin Can API and learning data visualization
- Proven ability to manage projects from needs analysis to evaluation
