Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning ecosystems using modern authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Lead needs assessments and learning analytics to optimize curriculum effectiveness
- Create storyboards and prototypes for multi-platform learning experiences (mobile, VR, LMS)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align learning solutions with business objectives
- Implement accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Mentor junior designers and manage cross-functional project teams
- Measure ROI through Kirkpatrick evaluation models and continuous improvement cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 7+ years experience designing corporate/organizational learning programs
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning architecture projects
- Expertise in ADDIE/SAM models and adult learning theory
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms
- Certification in ATD CPLP or similar preferred
- Experience with learning analytics platforms (Cornerstone, Degreed)
- Strong project management with PMP or Agile certifications
