Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences using modern authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Conduct needs analysis and audience research to inform curriculum architecture
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging content
- Implement learning analytics frameworks to measure and optimize program effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects with UX designers, developers, and content strategists
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years in instructional design or learning experience design for adult learners
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning programs with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) or UX design
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret learning data and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management experience
