Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end learning experiences using ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Develop interactive content in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Analyze performance data to iterate and optimize learning interventions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with SMEs to define competency frameworks
- Implement xAPI/Tin Can tracking for measurable skill acquisition
- Manage project lifecycles from needs assessment to impact evaluation
- Mentor junior designers in emerging edtech trends (AI tutors, microlearning)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 7+ years creating corporate/technical training solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating complex learning architecture projects
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools and LMS administration
- Certifications in ATD CPLP, CPTD, or Google Learning & Development
- Experience with needs analysis via surveys, interviews, and performance gaps
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into learning KPIs
