Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks tailored to adult learning principles and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical topics into engaging, accessible digital formats.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Canvas to deploy and manage course content effectively.
- Analyze learner analytics and feedback loops to iteratively improve course effectiveness and user engagement.
- Lead workshops and mentorship sessions on instructional design best practices for internal teams.
- Ensure all digital learning assets adhere to accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA) and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or educational technology.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for course authoring tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or similar learning standards is highly desirable.
