Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging learning experiences for corporate and higher education clients
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to measure program effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects with subject matter experts and technology teams
- Develop multimedia training materials including e-learning modules, simulations, and VR content
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical trends
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
Qualifications
- 5+ years in instructional design or learning experience development
- Proven portfolio showcasing complex learning solutions across multiple industries
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum development frameworks
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
