Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, microlearning assets, and virtual training programs
- Conduct learning needs analysis and create data-driven instructional strategies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into digestible learning experiences
- Implement LMS platforms and learning analytics to optimize program effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and evaluation
- Stay current with emerging EdTech trends and accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in instructional design or learning experience development
- Portfolio demonstrating successful corporate training implementations
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) or related field
- Experience developing compliance and soft-skings programs for regulated industries
- Exceptional visual design and multimedia storytelling abilities
