Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Conduct needs analysis and learning audits for enterprise clients across finance, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional projects with SMEs, UX designers, and content developers to deliver on-time learning launches
- Develop assessment frameworks and analytics dashboards to measure ROI and learning impact
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for instructional design workflows
- Stay current with emerging edtech trends and contribute to innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience designing corporate learning solutions with measurable ROI
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS administration
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning interventions in adult education
- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning evaluation methodologies
- Agile project management certification or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one other Asian language
