Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and emerging authoring tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into digestible, interactive modules
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations to measure program effectiveness
- Lead implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
- Create storyboards, prototypes, and user journey maps for blended learning solutions
- Stay current with industry trends through research and participation in professional communities
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design thinking workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate or higher education learning solutions
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful eLearning, mobile learning, and virtual classroom projects
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools and LMS administration (e.g., Cornerstone, TalentLMS)
- Certifications in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Strong analytical skills with experience using learning analytics platforms
