Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences using modern authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Conduct learning needs analysis and audience research to inform instructional strategies
- Create storyboards, prototypes, and interactive simulations for corporate training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging content
- Implement learning analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize performance
- Mentor junior designers and champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Stay current with emerging EdTech trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate or higher education learning solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with blended learning models and microlearning
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
- Experience with accessibility compliance and inclusive design principles
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
