We are looking for a visionary Senior Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to join our elite EdTech team in London. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex subject matter and engaging user experiences, utilizing cutting-edge tools to create scalable learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Instructional Design: Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning courses and micro-learning modules using Articulate 360, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling, and accessible learning narratives.
- Visual Design: Create intuitive storyboards, wireframes, and visual assets that align with our brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Evaluation: Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning metrics to continuously improve course effectiveness and user retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or educational technology.
- Tools: Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Blackboard, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Adult Learning Theory (Andragogy) and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or Agile).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
