Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design: Design and develop comprehensive training programs, curriculums, and learning paths tailored to specific organizational goals.
- Asset Creation: Create engaging multimedia content, including e-learning courses, videos, infographics, and interactive assessments using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.
- LMS Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless user experiences and content delivery.
- Data Analysis: Monitor course performance metrics and learner feedback to continuously iterate and improve content effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and translate them into innovative instructional strategies.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends in instructional design and EdTech to keep our offerings at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline), graphic design software, and video editing tools.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of adult learning principles (Andragogy) and ADDIE or SAM models.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
