Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning solutions using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop competency-based curricula
- Analyze learner data to optimize engagement and knowledge retention metrics
- Lead cross-functional projects with UX designers and content developers
- Conduct learning needs assessments for enterprise clients
- Manage LMS administration and reporting using Moodle and Cornerstone
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and pedagogical trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years in instructional design with corporate training focus
- Advanced certification in ATD Learning System Designer or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful LMS implementations
- Expertise in ADDIE and SAM instructional design models
- Experience with xAPI/Tin Can API and learning analytics
- Strong project management skills with PMP or Agile certification
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content
- Master's degree in Education Technology or related field
