Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling, including DCF, LBO, and precedent transaction analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to support deal origination.
- Assist in the preparation of investment banking deliverables, including pitch decks and offering memorandums.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Prepare and present detailed client presentations to C-suite executives and boards of directors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable strategic insights.
- Manage the data room process and due diligence for potential acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques using Excel and Bloomberg Terminal.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional certification such as CFA or CAIA is a significant plus.
