Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive due diligence processes on potential mid-market acquisitions across EMEA.
- Construct and maintain complex financial models (LBO, DCF, and Merger Models) to support investment decisions.
- Draft and present high-impact investment committee memos and strategic proposals to senior stakeholders.
- Actively monitor portfolio performance, identifying operational improvements and strategic pivot opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal and tax advisors to structure transactions for optimal capital efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive sector research and thematic analysis to identify emerging market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting.
- CFA Charterholder status or an MBA from a top-tier global business school is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle transactions from sourcing to exit.
- Strong grasp of UK and International regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
