Responsibilities

- Collaborate with editors, data analysts, and visual journalists to create cohesive stories

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of professional journalism experience with 3+ years in investigative reporting
- Proven track record of breaking major stories with measurable public impact
- Exceptional narrative writing and visual storytelling skills
- Expertise in data journalism, FOIA requests, and source protection protocols
- Portfolio demonstrating work published in reputable national outlets
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
