Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design lifecycle for high-end residential and commercial projects from initial concept through execution.
- Develop comprehensive space planning layouts, detailed elevations, and highly realistic 3D renderings.
- Oversee the sourcing, custom design, and procurement of premium furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary creative contact and presenting concepts with persuasive storytelling.
- Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, and local artisans to ensure design documentation is flawlessly executed.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level design staff to foster professional growth and creative excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 6+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a high-end or luxury design firm.
- Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard software, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Extensive knowledge of interior construction details, building codes, and premium materials sourcing.
- Proven track record of managing projects on-time, within budget, and to the highest aesthetic standards.
- Excellent communication, client presentation, and team collaboration skills.
