Responsibilities
- Lead design conceptualization for high-end luxury interiors.
- Develop comprehensive FF&E packages, including custom furniture and lighting specifications.
- Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure seamless design integration.
- Manage client relationships through presentations, mood boards, and site visits.
- Oversee project timelines and budget adherence to ensure premium delivery.
- Mentor junior designers and review technical drawing sets for quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-end residential or boutique hospitality design.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, materials, and FF&E procurement.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential or commercial design projects.
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills.
