Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept through installation
- Develop detailed 2D/3D drawings, specifications, and material palettes
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Research emerging materials and sustainable design practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of commercial interior design experience
- NCIDQ certification required
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality/retail projects
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Proven track record of project delivery within budget
