Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end residential/commercial design projects from concept to installation
- Develop immersive mood boards and detailed technical documentation
- Coordinate with MEP engineers and sustainability consultants
- Manage client relationships and project budgets (€500k+)
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Research emerging materials and biophilic design innovations
- Present design visions to high-profile stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent
- 8+ years progressive design experience in luxury/residential sectors
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluency in German and English (written/verbal)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ award-winning projects
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of German Bauhaus principles
- Experience with VR/AR visualization tools
