Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects including space planning, material selection, and FF&E specification
- Develop detailed design documentation, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations
- Manage client relationships, presenting concepts and ensuring project alignment with vision
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews to maintain studio excellence
- Stay current with industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in high-end interior design
- NCIDQ certification required; LEED AP preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ completed residential/commercial projects
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and sustainable design principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to diverse stakeholders
