Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to installation
- Develop detailed 2D/3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Manage client relationships and project budgets exceeding $500K
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and architectural teams
- Conduct site visits and oversee installation quality
- Mentor junior designers and foster creative collaboration
- Stay current with sustainable design trends and materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- NCIDQ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ completed luxury projects
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and ADA compliance
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- LEED AP accreditation preferred
