Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from concept to installation for luxury properties
- Develop detailed design documentation, including FF&E specifications and material palettes
- Manage client relationships and project timelines across multiple sites
- Coordinate with architectural teams and contractors for seamless execution
- Conduct site visits and oversee installation quality assurance
- Mentor junior designers and foster innovative design thinking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential/hospitality design
- NCIDQ or equivalent professional certification required
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects with technical depth
- Exceptional understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial flow
- Proven ability to manage complex projects within budget constraints
