Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to installation
- Develop detailed design plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications
- Manage client relationships, presentations, and project budgets
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Research emerging trends and sustainable materials
- Mentor junior designers and ensure quality execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury/residential projects
- NCIDQ or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional spatial awareness and aesthetic sensibility
- Proven project management and client communication skills
