Responsibilities

- Develop detailed design plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications

- Conduct site visits and oversee installation phases
- Mentor junior designers and foster creative excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional interior design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- NCIDQ or equivalent certification required
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering tools
- Portfolio showcasing diverse high-end residential/commercial projects
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
