Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to installation
- Develop detailed 3D renderings and technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Curate custom furniture, lighting, and material selections
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of interior design experience with luxury portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Design
- NCIDQ certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of high-end residential projects
- Strong vendor network and sourcing capabilities
- Exceptional spatial problem-solving skills
