Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design execution for luxury residential and commercial projects
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Manage client relationships and project timelines while maintaining budget integrity
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineering teams for seamless implementation
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews to uphold quality standards
- Research emerging trends and innovative materials to inform design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of professional experience in high-end design projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury residential/commercial work
- NYC architectural license or NCIDQ certification required
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and material knowledge
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
