Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design development of residential interior projects from initial client brief to final construction documentation.
- Create high-fidelity 3D visualizations, mood boards, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits to assess architectural constraints and ensure design intent is faithfully executed during construction.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and technical feedback.
- Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers, lighting specialists, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with persuasive storytelling and visual impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in high-end residential interior design or architecture.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in luxury residential projects, including spatial planning and material selection.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
