Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design phases from initial concept and mood boarding to final project handover.
- Produce highly detailed construction document sets and 3D visualizations that meet industry-leading standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, general contractors, and structural engineers to ensure design integrity.
- Manage vendor relations and conduct rigorous site visits to oversee bespoke installations.
- Mentor junior design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative studio culture.
- Source unique materials, finishes, and furnishings that elevate our brand's aesthetic.
- Maintain project timelines and budgets without compromising on artistic quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in high-end luxury or commercial interior architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Rhino, Enscape, or V-Ray for architectural rendering.
- Demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive construction documentation sets.
- Deep understanding of local building codes and ADA compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a portfolio showcasing high-concept design narratives.
