Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from conceptualization to execution
- Develop detailed design documentation including FF&E specifications
- Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP consultants
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior designers and interns
- Stay current with material innovations and sustainable practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Interior Design
- 8+ years of professional experience in high-end interiors
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- RIBA Part III or equivalent professional accreditation
- Exceptional spatial problem-solving and conceptual skills
- Proven track record in project delivery and client management
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability standards
