Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior architecture projects from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Develop innovative spatial solutions using Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and furniture vendors
- Conduct client presentations and manage project timelines/budgets
- Mentor junior designers and drive sustainable design initiatives
- Research emerging materials and technologies for application in luxury spaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- NCIDQ certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ completed luxury projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and ADA compliance
- Experience with FF&E specification and procurement
