Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from conceptualization to installation
- Develop detailed 2D/3D drawings and technical specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, contractors, clients)
- Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with building codes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Create compelling design presentations and material palettes
- Mentor junior designers and foster studio innovation culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial innovation and material mastery
- LEED/AP or NCIDQ certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
